I have a feedback of 576. I have copied and pasted below how it breaks down. My questions are: 1. What is a "unique user"? 2. Why the difference between "607 positives" amd "576 unique users"? Thanks in advance ...
607 positives. 576 are from unique users and count toward the final rating.

What it means is you have had at least 607 positive transactions. You likely had many more as some people don't leave feedback. Of the one that did, you have 607 positive feedbacks from 576 different users. The difference being people that have won more than one item and left feedback for those as well. You have a very good number. If you sell items that a person would only buy one, you have very good feedback. If you sell items that a person should want to purchase more in the future, then not as good. You would be looking for more repeat business on those items. With your numbers however, I would guess you sell more in the lines of one person items.

MemoryHole - I am a "double blonde" ... used to be natural; now, due to age and gray hair, I am "clairol impaired". Life is grand!
