I have reported to ebay powerseller support a mega-bidder who has been suspended and who has re-registered and is bidding bigtime again...it has been 3 days and she is still bidding away. This is just unbelievable......looking to me like they like the fees they are getting regardless of consequences to sellers!

eBay has no checks and balances when it comes to reregistering. Do you know this for sure? If so report them again and see what happens.
