End of Auction message to whom?? We already have the ability to do this & I use it all of the time. It is called Winng Bid Notification (WBN). Am I missing something here?

Doesn't PayPal have one? Well after I wrote this and sent it. I don't think they do. But they do put in their WBN the Price of auction, S/H charges. Is that what you mean.
I send my WBN by hand for each one, small seller I am. But it seems to me in PayPal when you send a WBN at the start lists the Particulars for that auction and then below that is your TOS. My hand ones are almost the same.
