I tried to go to myebay and I found a message saying registration blocked, and I that I owe them $16.00. my question is they have my credit card on file and in the past they have always used it, why not now? and why ebay did'nt send me an email notifying me about this problem? I have not been on ebay for a while.
Any way I paid again about two days ago, it still says registration blocked. Please tell me how I could find out what is really wrong, and how can I get in touch with ebay through email?
I would really appreciate your help.
thank you

How did you pay them the last time? If by credit card they should have updated it by now but if by check or money order it could take a while.
There has been much discussion here about invalid email addresses but credit cards that expire or are no longer valid are one of the main reasons that eBay suspends sellers. eBay must lose mega bucks every month in uncollectable fees due to bad credit cards and checking accounts.

I don't know if you will still get an answer at this address they said they were going to stop using it but it worked last month, hopefully some of the others on this board can help too
[email protected]

In the letter to me they say to use the rules and safety form for future e-mails but give it a try,
good luck,
your card may be expired or something silly like that, change of e-mail address?

Its possable that your credit card expired in regards to the date. I know we had that problem, we had totally forgotten that the original card had expired and had to submit another card.

What I don't understand, is why would they block your access just because you owe them $16.00 for June's statement?

If you cc was declined for whatever reason, you should have received an email about one to two weeks ago, to that fact and it should show up as being declined on your account info.

Added: It takes about 5 business days for them to complete the payment process.

Also, I am not implying whatsoever that you have a "bad" cc just that the expiration date may be the reason.

I think this is your situation. You probably will need to be patient until about Tuesday or Wednesday when your payment kicks in.
