had item returned, and although i'm in only a "little hurry" to refund the amount due, I cannot for life of me figure out how to refund money thru eBayPayments! ... Paypal has always been easy in that regard ... anyone of you have to do this yet? and where do you find info how to do so??? thank you in advance for your expertise ...

The refund button is in the upper right hand corner of the order details page.
Log in at http://www.billpoint.com, click on Sales History and search for the item number (that's the easiest way to search), click on either the Order Ref ID or the Item # which will take you to the order details page.
