I don't know where they got the figures, but if you just browse through Ebay's ads you will find tons that use Andale and few if any that use the other services.
I know lots of people use AW and CA and others but i still haven't ran across one and I have spent over $500 on auctions in the last 60 days buying Audio CD's, DVD-r's, Nintendo 64 and Sega GAmes and miscellaneous books.

A recent article has AW at almost 100,000 users. I wonder if they are counting the free Andale counters? That could be the 75% part.
