I'm wondering if anyone has ever heard of someone being reinstated who was given "indefinite supsension" for using an account during a suspension?
Another words, would it be possible for a person who has done nothing wrong other than be a complete raving hotheaded idiot during a 14 day suspension to get their account back?

I reported a deadbeat once, negged him, then he got NARU'd. 31 days later (apparently 30 day suspension) I got a retaliatory neg from him.
Yes, people get reinstated. Or they can just get another account made up lickety split (sp?)

Thanks, but I'm asking about a specific type of suspension, getting an indefinite suspension for using an account during a temporary suspension period.
If anyone could help me with this I'd be grateful.
