After many weeks of excuses from a deadbeat, I filed and received my final value fees from ebay. It must have spooked him because, a few months later, the buyer asked if he could still buy the item. Since it was still packaged and addressed to him, I told him yes, eventually received payment (registered mail, cash, from Finland), and sent him his item.

Now I want to rescind my NPB & FVF claims. It's been well over 90 days and I can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone help? Thanks.

The NPB reversal is for 90 day's.
Since your over, it appears your safe.
Just in case they try to appeal, keep proof that it was over 90 day's!
Or try going here if it works,it work's.
If it don't it's not your fault!

Keep the money and move on. It took the guy forever to pay up. You did what any other person would do as far as filing NPB and FVF. Hopefully you gave a neg too. You should be able to leave a second comment in the feedback stating payment finally came in xxx amount of time. Do nothing else and move on with your auctions.

I'd do one more thing...add this guy to your Blocked Bidder List, then move on.
