I don't remember how to amend feedback.
Some of you may recall about two months ago I sent an item to a customer. He complained about condition and I told him to send item back for a full refund. He kept bickering about it and we all agreed he wantd a partial refund which I never offered; only a complete refund.
Never heard back (after 2 or 3 emails back and forth). Today, he left me a neg.
I left a positive for him when item was shipped. I know there's a way to add to my comments but can't find it. HELP?
