A customer in Croatia needs to pay for some merchandise.
He tells me that Visa & Mastercard issued in Croatia won't work outside of Croatia.

He says that due to UN restrictions on Croatian banks, a wire transfer can take two
months.
He wants to send me cash via registered mail, which makes me nervous, because he owes
me several hundred dollars.
I asked him if it is possible to buy an international money order from his post
office, but he hasn't answered me.
Does anyone know what is the best/fastest way to get money from Croatia to the United States?

which will take about 2-3 weeks to get here,
also, they have western union,
I think, check first,
bu western union is safe for you,
he can go to the office, give them money,
(he'll need your name, city and state)
and you have money here within 12 hours.
