is UPS to canada always taxed, no matter what? if so how much is the tax duty?

I don't know the amount, but if you want to make a Canadian REALLY, REALLY mad at your, ship it via UPS. Otherwise, stay away from them for Canadian shipments...

i shipped a 20 pound box ground to canada for $30.00 , that was a
good deal, BUT then I got hit with $41.00 in fees, no tax, because it was personal clothing, there is ALWAYS UPS blokerage fee.
taxes depends on what it is.
