One of my auctions ended 5 days ago and I have sent the winning bidder 3 emails..all of which bounced back. His feedback reflects this has happened to other bidders also. He only has 3 positives, 1 negative (this is the last one and is from March) and 1 neutral. Is there anyway to report this to ebay? I am about ready to file NPB but think ebay should know about their email.
