The fiesta-galerie email address is registered to "fiesta45". The first email address is registered to a new ID by the same name. Because the "lucien" email is registered to another account you won't be able to use it for your "fiesta45" ID.
Even if you changed the registered email for the "lucien" ID to something else completely different, you wouldn't be able to use it for "fiesta" immediately because it will still show up in a Seller email search for at least 30 days (discovered this the hard way ourselves).
If you opened the second account in error, you could try contacting eBay and explain, requesting the account be closed. Probably won't happen but it can't hurt to ask.

I UNDERSTAND BUT I M THE ONE WHO REGISTERD BY MISTAKE THIS NEW ADRESS EMAIL AND I WANT TO CANCEL IT SO I CAN USE IT AS MY NEW EMAIL ADRESS FOR FIESTA45
