Is there a way to fix it?

post a reply to the feedback pointing out it was a mistake and ask the buyer to do the same

one neg out of 220 is not going to hurt you

or if you really want to change it square trade might be able to help ..

Can't the person who left the feedback change it? If so, email the person and point out their error

No, they can't change it now but they can leave a response though. Any bidder reading this will know it was a mistake. Keep selling and it will get buried.

It could have been worse but yes, I understand that it is annoying. How can they do that when they get a screen that warns them that they are about to leave a negative? I guess they just click and don't read anything at all?
