As a special offer to our sellers, we are holding Bold For A Buck Week on the U.S. site (www.ebay.com)starting on Monday, July 22, 2002 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) through 23:59:59 PT Sunday, July 28, 2002 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).
During this Bold For A Buck Week, Bold fees for regular auction-style listings, eBay Motors non-vehicles listings, Real Estate listings and 30-day Store Inventory listings will be $1.00 on the U.S. site (www.ebay.com). For 60-, 90- and 120-day Store Inventory listings, please see the fee schedule here.
eBay Motors vehicles, Sothebys.com, Live Auction, International, and Professional Services listings are excluded from the Bold For A Buck Week.
All other fees (all insertion fees, all Final Value Fees and all other optional listing fees, such as Buy It Now, Featured Plus!, Highlight, Gallery, extended duration insertion fees, etc…) will still be charged. Listings revised to add the Bold option during Bold For A Buck week that were not first listed during Bold For A Buck week are also excluded.
During Bold For A Buck Week, you may list using the Sell Your Item form, Mister Lister, Seller's Assistant Basic and Pro, and the eBay API.

Sheesh, that's a breathtakingly lame promotion. Bold for a buck? woohoo! what a huge bone they're throwing us! I hear that later this year they're gonna have a "sharp stick in the eye" promo to reward us sellers.
