Getting ready to move..........leaving on Wednesday morning.
I have 3 bags full of machine shredded newpaper if anyone wants it. Its all clean and in great condition. The bags are tall kitchen trash bag sized.
I am still packing but I may also have large boxes available as well. Very sturdy boxes in good condition.
Also available for FREE is a coffee table with 2 matching end tables......various small appliances, bags of canned and boxed food. Books and current but never even looked at issues of Cosmo, cosmo Girl, Good Housekeeping,Elle, Harper's Bazzaar, Family Circle (I have 3-4 years of all Family Circle issues if you want'em)
Space heaters...... I have 3 available.
Newish (it spent a lot of time in storage and was barely used) Telephone w/answering machine.
An independent answering machine (black "phonemate" was extremely popular, barely ever used.
CD-RW's clean and never used.
Basically all kinds of stuff I don't use and would rather give away to someone who wants them BEFORE I drop them off at goodwill.
Moving to California from Atlanta so it is better to just give away stuff rather than try to sell it and I wasted too much time (procrastinated and was lazy) to even try to sell anything household related.
So if you live within a reasonable distance of Marietta, GA (15 minutes north of Atlanta I-75) Email me at [email protected] for my address and phone number.
As noted above.........I'm outta here Wednesday morning so you'd need to come pick it up before then.
More stuff will be added to the FREE PILE as I finish packing......
P.S. Anyone in the area interested in Adult related goodies.........It ain't free but you can buy my stuff AT COST (deals must be made in person, I won't take email requests about my product line at cost)Pick up only.

So you're headed to California ....
Which City? First time in years I've heard of anyone headed this way ... tons headed YOUR WAY .. or further north in California. I live in San Jose, CA .. in the middle of Silicon Valley. Tons of FOR RENT signs everywhere since the .COMers flopped. The stock market hasn't helped either. Just ride around you'll find something, EASILY. Might cost an arm and a leg but plenty of vacancies.
If you land anywhere close and in need of area information assistance, etc etc just send an email. ([email protected]) I'll be as helpful as possible. I'm usually close by.

lovepotions; Don't know where you are headed in "Sunny CA". I live in Santa Maria which is on the north end of Sant Barbara County. We have the greatest climate in the USA Here it is the middle of July & our average high temp is 75 degrees. Our low is about 55 at night. Almost always sleep with a blanket on. No rain from May to October. Lots of strawberries, broccoli, cauliflower & celery. Also many many wineries.
If you get out this way contact me. Al at [email protected]

I am actually from California and am finally moving back after 3 years of living in other places.
We are leaning towards Santa Monica. My Fiance (I just got engaged) saw California for the first time when we were out there last week apartment hunting........
He wants to live within walking distance of the beach......yep its expensive but we can afford it. Apartment hunting was not so good with the short amount of time so we'll be at my Dad's in Fontana for the first few weeks.
We have plans to travel north so he can see all Cali has to offer. As we plan for a trip I'll stop by here in the " Round Table" boards Area and maybe we can hook up for drinks
Adding to the Free list....
A 21" TV with remote
2 different bookshelves.....
One is 30 inches high, 31 inches wide and 13 inches deep with 1 adjustable shelf. A light oak finish.
The other one 55 inches high, 26 1/2 inches wide 11 inches deep in addition to the top and the base board it has 3 fixed shelves. The supports are black and the shelves are a dark cherry look color.
3 large shelving units PERFECT for storing inventory. Black painted metal I kept them indoors for my product line but they could be more suitable for the garage.
2 of them are 70 inches tall 36 inches wide and 15 1/2 inches deep. 3 adjustable shelves in addition to the top and bottom.
The 3rd one 58 inches tall, 30 inches wide and 11 inches deep. Right now it has 5 adjustable shelves in addition to the top and bottom BUT I had actually bought 2 of these units and they were to have 3 shelves each But I took 2 shelves out of the 2nd box and put them into this one unit for my smaller bottles of "Potions" I still have the rest of the 4th unit if you decide you want to make 2, 3 shelf units. It was quite easy to assemble and just as easy to disassemble to move the shelves.
All of these black metal units are brand new, purchased a month before deciding to move cross-country.
Once again email me at [email protected] if you want to come and pick up any of these items mentioned.

Hello Cynthia,
I live near the Fox and I'm interested in your offer, so I emailed you last night. Just wondering if the offer is still out there. I really could use a bigger tv. I currently use a 13" one that is off-centered. Not very good for watching movies.

Welcome Cynthia to the People's Republic of California! Our great leader Gray Doofus - I mean Gray Davis - will be happy to redistribute some of your wealth!
The TV, Books shelves, shelving units, the coffee table and end tables, the space heaters and the books have all been picked up.
The only stuff left is the shredded paper and small "stuff" nothing worth driving more than a few minutes to come and get.
But thanks to everyone who sent me emails and those who came by. Its nice to meet some fellow AW users.......those that came were really nice, people I would not have minded going out to drinks with and "shop talk"

YOu will LOVE living back in California again. Sure it's more expensive, but it's worth it! We're in the mountains above Palm Springs, 6,000 feet, wouldn't trade it and the higher taxes for anything in the world. And we're so glad we're living here now (refugees from the Third World of Utah).
