I have decided to sell a different product line under a different name. Is it possible to track both ids under the same AW interface? If so how do I do it?

If not, should I open a seperate AW account for this one, or should I just use Ebay's direct interface?

Blessings,

I use AW and have 2 different accounts. It's a bummer because you have to pay the fees twice. I don't sell much with the second ID, so I just have the basic plan with that one. I guess it depends on how much you like AW. I tried just going through ebay for the second ID, but found it too difficult to keep track of.

You are right, that is a bummer. I got a really great screenID at ebay for the seperate sales items, but they just don't fit with my original stuff. It looks like I am going to have to go on the hunt for the ultimate, low-cost, auction seller solution. Anyone got any suggestions where to look??

I'm a dedicated fan of SOLD! found at Timbercreeksoftware.com. Free trial for 30 days -- supports multiple IDs, tracks, confirms, reports, lists, snipes ... and even does profit and loss including eBay fees. Worth checking out.

Cheers.

One of the things that I have really enjoyed about AW is that I don't have to type in the customer's information (mostly), but that they type it in and I just print the invoices.

Do your customers really use the form, though? I could never get them to do it here or elsewhere.

I think 50% of the people use the form. Most that don't are the ones that pay right away through paypal anyway. It's still easier to keep track of what has or has not been paid yet, when it closed, etc. etc.

I have had about an 80% success rate with the form.
