I bought an item with a BIN of $114. She was the lowest BIN on this item, but there are many others listed for $119. I picked her not only because she was the lowest with reasonable shipping, but she takes paypal and billpoint. Her feedback is about 150, with 2 negatives which are recent from the same person who said he spent $1000.00 and didn't receive his product.
I went to do the ebay checkout and pay by billpoint. They gave me an error message that said the amount is over her limit. I thought that was weird, but figured ok, use paypal.
I went to her paypal account which gave me the error message "this person can not receive payments at this time"
Now I figured out that the negative person must have done a chargeback and froze all of her accounts since billpoint and paypal are now related.
She takes money orders, but I find them to be a pain in the butt, and now I'm a little leary.
I emailed her to ask her if her accounts are frozen, and if she expects the problem to be resolved soon, but have received no response (this was just yesterday).
Should I wait it out? Pay with a money order? I used my low feedback ID (7), so I'm a little curious as to see what her response is going to be to me.

I would wait it out. If you pay by a check or money order, it's not as easy to get your money back if there is a problem. Depending on how she responds, I would let her know that you must use a credit card with either BP or PP, and if that can't be done, she has not held up her TOS, and you wish to be released from the deal.

WAIT!, Dont send any money yet until you hear from the seller. It sounds like a possible problem. Don't take the chance. Waiting isnt going to hurt anything. Keep a copy of all of the emails you send to this person, just in case.
