Just wondering if anyone else is getting an error message when trying to use first class Delivery Confirmation through Endicia:

Unable to obtain the Delivery Confirmation ID. The Postal Service Server returned the error: Delivery Zip Code is unknown.

The address verifies okay, and I can still print the postage, but no delivery confirmation bar code prints out.

Did you email support?

Diane at Endiciai is really good about answering emails even late in to the night.

Must be a problem with the Endica system because the post office XML spec has not changed at all.

Did you update to:

VERSION 4.3.06?

This was the patch to fix the first class DC error

Yep, I updated it as soon as the update was released, and just now double checked the version number to be sure.

Anyway, it seems to be working now, so maybe it was just a temporary glitch somewhere.

I posted a more thorough explanation in another thread of the same title.

Basically, the USPS AMS ZIP+4 engine software expired some 50+ days prematurely. That prevented ZIP+4 lookup.
