If you click on feedback & then click on feedbacks not given, it will show you all buyers & sellers that have not had feedback for the past 90 days. All auctions are wiped out of the system after 90 days.

That's not ENTIRELY correct.
EBay promises to hold onto auctions for ***AT LEAST** 90 days. Sometimes they wipe them out immediately on the 90 day mark, but not most of the time.
Whenever their servers start filling up, they clear out the old stuff. It could be in 91 days or as the other poster said, could be up into the mid 100's. There is just no way to predict it.
If you're waiting for a deadline to send someone negative feedback, don't count on the 90 day cutoff to protect you. Either send it now and get it over with or forget about it.

Just because an auction is still available after 90 days does not necessarily mean you will be able to leave feedback. I've gotten an error message because the auction was over 90 days recently.

The idea I have is to start Neg the day of cutoff so these deadbeat bidders don't (can't) retaliate, as has been the dagger hanging over me for some time and the results.
I use feature and get a buy now in a day, then, they never respond. eBay refuses to refund that feature fee, which is a scam.
Result:
No more BN with feature, and I neg the last day I can.
