Jack, I'm not sure I understand.

You mean from the "My eBay" page, or what?

I have solved my relisting problems like this:

If you don't relist through AW, they charge you per image....but most of mine have to be edited, and AW is impossibly slow and frustrating to edit.

So I've just been checking all my relists, and telling it to relist - then going into eBay to do my revisions (editing). Much, much faster! And since eBay is so slow getting anything indexed, I have plenty of time to change prices, duration, text, terms and whatever before anyone sees the auction.

I keep hearing everyone complain about eBay's slowness, but I've considered starting a thread about AW.

I listed 12 items last night. At least 1 time out of 3, after you have waited (and waited, and waited) for it to attach your images, you get the "network error" message, and have to go all through it again. About 1 time in 6, the category boxes are empty, and you have to go to the nightmare page and scroll through that awful list, then go back and put in your category number.

There are other problems, but won't go into them all right now.

So sick of bells and whistles everywhere (here and at eBay) when the basics leave so much to be desired! I remember when AW was a dream to use!

Also, on eBay's fancy new "My eBay" page, in the "Items Sold" section: They give us the winning bidder's user ID (who gives a rat's a$$ what cutesy name they're using?), when what we need is the email address. Still have to waste time going to the auction page for it. And does the "Keep me signed in on this computer" check box work for anyone? It doesn't for me. Nor does the "save this setting" for "sold items".

Sorry to carry on, but I'm really in a mood today.

Ed. to correct typos - standard when I'm in this mental state.

i have found that if i do not relist thru aw then aw does not put those relisted auctions in the current list. i have to use track acution to have them added and it wont show the bids or page hits. really annoying.

I don't use AW but all relists with a cable modem take only a second or two.

If I'm not mistaken, if you don't relist through AW, you pay .10 per image if they host the images. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I do this through A/W all of the time. I just go to closed auctions, click on the ones I want to relist, drop down & hit relist. Voila!! Done.
I have never had a problem with A/W being slow in getting my auctions up. I start all ofmy auctions at 11:00PM PDT. ifI am on line, they are in my ebay by 11:10. T figure that is because eBay is so D### slow.

Sanmar, basic relisting is no problem from either site.

It's the editing or revising that kills everyone.
