i shipped apackage to canada a little over 2 weeks ago and the buyer says it has not arrived yet. is this a bit long for a package to take to get there? about how long is the norm. it was shipped 1st class.

I have shipped many things to Canada and yes ~ does seem long .. usually takes maybe a week at that HOWEVER I just mailed an item to US address and after 2 weeks not delivered !!
Maybe since they raised the postage rates we are getting slower service

Did you include extra postage? I understand that you have to put 2 first class stamps on it. Packages to/from Canada have sometimes taken 3 weeks.
