Just wondering if anyone else has been having any problems with Paypal's winning bidder notification? I've used it for over a year now and haven't made any changes to my account but suddenly they quit sending the notices for me. I've contacted their customer service both by email and phone and
still can't get the problem resolved. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

I think they are just very slow right now. I just received one at three o'clock in the morning for an auction I won two days ago.

No, this has been going on for over two-weeks now. I am the seller and the notices to my customers are not going to them any longer. Nobody is getting them from me...unless I email them directly.

I bid on 4 auctions that ended this week and before I could blink I had PayPal's WBN. I thought oh if that is how quick they receive them I should do that with my auctions. Well I didn't because if you use their service you can't combine shipping charges and I always try and do that so I can save the buyer a little money.
