Recently bought 19 pairs of maternity and plus sized pants. Have a pregnant daughter-in-law and was going to give some to her and "rebay" the rest. She washes one black pair and the water was black. Dries them, puts them on ... covered herself with black dye and lint stuff. This is what the auction stated: "The clothing on this site are new and for maternity or plus-size use. These clothes accommodate both shapes. They come from a specialty shop specifically for Plus-Size & Maternity. The Shoppe has since gone out of business & are being sold way below retail.
" When we got these pants, they each have a hand written price tag attached onto them with rusty safety pins. I contacted the seller and we have been in a p*ssing match about how much dye should have come out. She maintains that all her new black clothes (and that is all she wears) have a dye run like this. I have been fortunate in that my black stuff from Wal Mart doesn't do this. I have been trying to communicate with her for a week now. I decide the heck with it. I'm just going to leave her a negative feedback and guess what ... since my auction ended, she has received two negatives about shoddy merchandise. The first one is "Complaint : Is a liar w/ nasty temper. Very vindictive when I mentioned misreprented items. Response by qwsonlinestore - Didnt force U to bid/buy auctions.REREAD your repeated emails.Difficult BUYER!. Second one states " "NEW" clths were from 80's, dry rotted, yellowed, corroded, stained. DON'T TRUST! Response by qwsonlinestore - Items are fine.Hard to please NEW buyer.Got what you bid on. New As STATED!" Tell me what should I do at this point.
Thanks for your help ....
PS. I am stuck with all these pants that I can't rebay because I do have a conscience.

From the seller's Me page:
To operate our business in a courteous, professional manner with attention to detail and protection of our customers property. To always bear in mind that each customer is the reason we are in business and to desire to continue our business relationships for many years.
Yet they seem so angry and defensive if anyone is not satisfied and they even called one of their customers a "SCREWBALL" when they complained. They also have no hesitation about negging.
Do the clothes have a label for washing directions? What country were they made in? Some of the cottons from India and other countries "bleed" very bad when washed and it is preferable to cold water wash only.
I am sorry you made a bad buy but it doesn't look like you will get much satisfaction from this seller. Her TOS does say "All sales final", did you read that before you bid?
