What a nightmare eBay has made of filing for NPB and FVF. Have you checked it out lately???
Go to your My eBay page and click on the Non-paying bidder program. What an experience it is to just get to sign in area to file for these fees. Check it out and see what you think.
If it isn't broke don't fix it. This new and improved method definitely broke this feature.

No tougher than before.
Just the page layouts are different.
Just follow directions and you are done in the same number of clicks!

The real problem I see with the new format is that it causes another window to open
thus slowing down even a cable modem. I can imagine what it's like for people on a
dial up modem.
Like I said if it's not broke why try and fix it. In my opinion this is just another way for eBay to hold on to more of OUR money.

Oh, it's a hassle alright. Especially since I have to log in (enter my password) for EACH credit request I submit!!! Sometimes eBay is so transparent.

Well I figured out a shortcut. I bookmarked the NBP and FVF at the sign in page and put them on my task bar in Netscape. Now they are just a couple of clicks away since I have my user ID and Password in keyboard Express.
