I have been trying to list since last night, I get all the info put in but when I click the last submit button it keeps comeing up with no region listed, I have checked and double checked and the region is listed. Has anyone else been having this problem ?

Yes, I was having the same problem last night, even when I relisted some items directly through Ebay, it came up without the region filled in. When I went back and filled it back in again it went through fine.
