I'm trying to import all of my closed items into auctionwatch so that I can easily relist them, but this time, through auctionwatch. Can anybody tell me how this can be accomplished?

Go to your "Sales Manager (Control Panel).
Under the main tabs is a green bar with "Create Listing", "Manage Images", and "Track Auction".
Click on "Track Auction".
It should walk you through it from there, but I haven't done this in ages - since AW started charging, because of the charges for not listing through AW.

Uh...I'm not sure it will import closed auctions. Have to try it and see....it's doubtful, so I guess I missed the whole point of your question.
