Hello
I try to be productive year round and as things are slow right now, I am putting a LOT on AW Inventory section either direct or list ONCE then off to the inventory if it don’t sell. My 80% Sell Through Rate is down to about 30% right now but Fall/ Winter is coming.
What are you doing this time of year to make your annual sales record for 2002 better?

We have 2 rooms in the basement that leak because the floor is broken up. Tomorrow we're going to pour new concrete and try to make them dryer so we can put in shelves and have more room for inventory. Found a couple new suppliers so we want as much room as possible to store all of our "stuff".
Anyone know anything about laying concrete/cement?
