Hi everyone.
I received my first negative today (almost 1800 transactions) with the comment:
"did not pay"

I paid this seller 2 months ago by Paypal, for which I have a receipt number in my account that shows the completed transaction.
In your experience, is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance - Di
On a scale of 1 to 10...we'd all weigh a lot less!

Send a copy of the receipt to the seller and ask him/her to pay for the removal. If they won't ask them to post a response to their neg saying that it was paid for. As a seller or a buyer, if someone has +1800 feedback, I do not care if they had 1 neg. Even if they have 10 negs, only if they had them in the last week or two... One neg this week is not even an issue of concern for me.

difs, reply to the comment that you paid and this was an oversight on the sellers part then ask seller to reply to that comment in your file with an apologize. Then move on. I wouldn't waste too much time on it.
