Can someone help me? I have been suspended from Ebay and have no clue why.I received absolutely no email from them as to why.I changed my email adress and confirmed it as well about a week ago,my account is up to date with a credit of 50.80.My packages were all mailed,and I have no new complaints that I know of.I am puzzled ???

The only time I know of when someone is suspended without explanation is when they did not receive the email explanation from ebay. They will test the new email addy and if it bounces back, they will consider it invalid info and zap you. Apparently, when you changed your address, something went wrong and they can't email you. It could be spam filters, ISP error or a host of other causes. Open up a Yahoo email account and email them from that one. Tell them you want to use the Yahoo addy for your contact info and request reinstatement. Don't expect immediate results. It will probably take a couple of weeks.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

Thats probably what happened.I did confirm it with the code they send you though?Thanks for the help.I guess they leap before they look.

You can try the ebay phone number and talking to a person. Most of the time they will fix a simple problem dealing with NARU status right away. There are 50 million ebay accounts so expect a wait and an expensive phone call.
