Is there any way to offer an item that had a NPB to the 2nd highest bidder without e-bay adding there warning note? This seems to scare off buyers. Thanks

revvassago is a rude idiot. Telling you to spend more money of such a simple thing.
For this auction, you are probably out of luck unless you already know the 2nd place bidders e-mail address. What I do for all of my auctions is I print out the list of auctions I have running. Then when I get a bid, I write the e-mail address of the bidder on the back of the sheet. I write all of the bidders down, then when I get a deadbeat I contact the 2nd place bidder directly. Works great and I have about a 95% acceptance rate.
Good luck in your sales.

I thought the bidders' e-mail addresses always come up at the end of the auction. Don't worry about Ebay's notice, nobody reads it anyway.

Stusi,
Only the winners e-mail address will be visable at the end of the auction. The rest will be blocked. They are all visable to the seller before the end of the auction.

You can always use the personal offer link on the page of the winning auction. I send out about 5 personal offers a week that result in about 3 additional sales.
