Is there a way to find who the top ebay power sellers are. Or even a list of power sellers by catagory. I would love to start ebay full time and it would be great to know who is selling what and making a living doing it.

At least take the effort to look and see what people are selling. Unless you have 20k to invest into product, I forsee you having problems getting into ebay as a seller doing the wholesalers to retail middleman thing. More and more factories are taking up their own names on ebay and unless you have your niche lockdowned and your competitors by their beanbag, you are probably out of luck. If I didn't get into this back in january I would be totally buried right now.
I use adobe photoshop macromedia dreamweaver I just bought a $700 dollar digital camera because my canon a-40 wasnt cutting it, although i had the best pictures I wanted better pictures than what I had. I didnt need the camera, I really wanted an HDTV but I will have to wait a week on that now.
I spend upwards of 7 hours per auction and I can firmly say that I have the best looking auctions on ebay--that is why I am successful. I use the best products and I have the best prices, best service and I use UPS.
I look at 5k in a bank as more money for product, where others look at it as a vacation or a new fubu wardrobe. You have to have the will to succeed. If you are the kind of person that comes home from work and sits on his a$s til 10pm then goes to sleep then this is not for you. If you are the kind of person that resigns things around the house to weekend projects then this inst for you. If you dont mind worrying about stuff all night, then this is the job for you.
If you are doing this because your job is too tough and you are looking for easier money, you may want to look into welfare.
