Got Notice from eBay Payments Tonight that an item I auctioned 3 Months ago (OK, May 29th), Buyer Claims to Have NEVER Received, and is Now doing a Chargeback. WHAT, I don't have any emails about an item never received, What's going ON???? So I investigate, FIND The Item (Expensive High-End Women's FRAGRANCE, went for $90). The Buyer paid within a few Days, went out Same Day as Payment, and THEN on the 19th of June they LEFT Feedback STATING " fast shipment, perfect condition, will buy from again "....WOW, What a HOOT!!!!!!!!! Of COURSE I DO NOT Have a Delivery Confirmation # (Doesn't That JUST Figure)....But Here's The MOST Interesting Part!! This same Buyer is Currently AUCTIONING Off The SAME EXACT BOTTLE of Fragrance they Bought from ME, Stating "I have TWO of these and Only Need One"....Oh, this is RICH ....Yep I've emailed "Chargebackebay" with this info., But I still think I'm going to GET SCREWED! Please Tell me there is HOPE!!

Well, the Buyer emailed me and said This is a HUGE Mix-Up (REALLY??!!??), and They will resolve it with the Credit Card Company. If that doesn't happen I will file Fraud Charges with Safe Harbor.
