Hi, I was wondering if the things you sell on e-bay are an tax issue...Does E-bay send you a 1099 or w-2 ..whatever you want to call it at the end of the year?
Thanks for taking the time to read my post !!

e-Bay is only a venue so they send you nothing. If you are planning on selling a lot, suggest you keep your own records (monies received-expenses)

Thanks for the quick reply Buyhigh..I've already sold about 50 items...most of them were things just laying around the house/garage/attic etc etc...but lol I've got e-bay fever...it's easy to sell and make money so I've been going to yard sales and estate sale on the weekend and picking up neat stuff and reselling to make extra money...but my husband has been worried will owe a bunch of taxes at the end of the year. That is why I posted the question. Thanks again !!
