I haven't done a followup in a long time, more than a year, and I can't find where to do it.

Specifically, I left a negative for a real bad seller saying basically no emails from seller, never received, paid Paypal, etc.

The seller does a response.

Now it used to be I could respond to the response, but I cannot find how or where to do it. There used to be a place to click.

Does anyone know where I go?
