On October 15, 2002, AuctionWatch will begin to charge a small fee for hosting
AuctionWatch Stores. We recognize that we have previously offered to host
your Store free of charge. However, to enable our team to continue developing
requested features and to support our growing number of stores and sales, we
need to charge a small fee to cover our growing costs.
There are three Stores subscription Plans to choose from:
1) Stores Standard Plan - Monthly Fee: $4.95, Sales Fee: 1% (to a maximum of $4.95)
2) Stores Premium Plan - Monthly Fee: $9.95, Sales Fee: $0.20
3) Stores Power Plan - Monthly Fee: $14.95, Sales Fee: $0.10

There's hardly any free lunches on the internet anymore. Last month Boomspeed cracked the whip on the unauthorized use of images hosted there and deleted 30,000 accounts and started a $6/month 100 meg account. More and more freebies are going away, although the AW stores were probably a free perk for AW paying users.
