I am trying to relist my fixed price listings for the first time. None sold the first time. Anybody know why on the "Review and Submit" page I am getting a message that says "This listing does not qualify as a refundable relisted item"????

Thanks

because it doesnt qualify. fixed price listings dont qualify for the free relist.

snobbish is incorrect.
Fixed price items do qualify for a relist. I do them frequently. Only catch is the same rules apply to them as dutch auctions. If you have a single item listed, it qualifies for the refundable relist. If you list more then one item, as like dutch auctions, then it does not qualify for the refundable relist. It sounds like to me that you had multiple items listed in your fixed price listing.
