I can't remember the site to check and see how many bid retractions a person has done. I had someone do one stating they could not contact the seller. I never received ONE email from them. Newbie with 4, and I am just curious.

You can go to Ebay click on their feed back # which you say is 4.
That will take you to their feed back page and show show you what you want to know.

no where in there fedback page do I see where to see how many bidretractions they have placed. I know there is an indepedent company that gives this info, but I just don't remember what it is.

It is located on the feedback page. In the box in the upper right corner where is shows how many auctions that they have bid on. At the bottom of that box it says Bid Retractions and it should show there.
