You would think some of the sellers out there would be more creative than to steal the full HTML code for a product, but hey, they all aren't.
Stealing images directly from another sellers server though, that's not only true theft (the bandwidth costs money,) but just foolish, because you'll end up with with the other seller finding out and changing the images.
Once that happens, your page could look like this:

Are you still using the other two pictures in another auction? if not you should change them also.
You should make the pictures as tall as possible to push the description way down the page. The more you can mess up there auction the better.
I had someone steal one of my pictures once(that I know of) but I couldn't do much beacuse the just took the small version so it automatically resized anything I put in. The worst part was that they didn't have any bids yet so they just revised the description and replaced it.
If you find that someone stole your picture it is best to wait till they get a bid to change it so they have to end the auction to get rid of it.

I would wish I could make the same thing to some sellers...
My pictures are stolen almost every week, I am now accustomed,
but some seller are really shameless. This seller took and cropped one of my pictures;

We do not appreciate that you take our picture in your listing. We
receive a lot of emails asking if we have many seller IDs on eBay.

I received this answer:
Unless you are currently bidding on, or have a question
regarding one of my auctions do not contact me.
I emailed SafeHarbor but, as usual, they wont do anything...
