I've been away for the summer. Before I left eBay announced fixed price listings. Not the BUY it NOW that disappears when a first bid is made.... they had that before, but a non-auction listing on eBay.

They're mixed in with all the other listings, like regular Buy-It-Now's are. They don't have a separate category where you can see "just" the fixed price listings, but I think they come up if you click the tab to see just the "Buy It Now's" in the category you're interested in. (Hope that makes sense!)
