Beware of Andale On July 9th 2002 I signed up for Andale 14 day trial service. Canceled a few days later I didn't like it. On 10/25/02 My credit card was charged $150.21 with out my premission. I tried to call Andale with no luck all I got was voice mail
left my number and asked them to call me with no responce from them as of today. I found another number from their billing office called it got another voice message saying to email them at [email protected] still no recponce from them. Has anyone else had this problem?

A fellow Auctionwatcher is having the same problem. She signed up in 2001 for a 2 week free trial and didn't like it so unsubscribed. She discovered a large bill from Andale. When she contacted them, they told her she signed up this year, etc. etc. etc.
Someone at Andale is on a mission to bill old customer's it seems.

similar andale problem. My credit card expired, I was on this 3.00/mo program with them, and I got on to update with my new credit card dates and could not, tried endlessly, emailed endlessly, then I was charged the small but continual fee for 4 months, even though I could not use the account because the credit card expiration date, and even though I was still being charged by them monthly on that same credit card. I decided I had had enough and cancelled my account with them, guess what... the cancellation process wouldn't go through, the emails and phone calls went to never never land. I'm still being charged and still have no account and still can't use the account.
