Since October 28th I've had 3 buyers pay me with Paypal and I have not received the email notification from Paypal. When I checked my account all three transactions were there. Is that a Paypal problem?? My computer seems to be working fine and I have received the notices from Paypal that they have added their info on my new auctions.
Is anyone else having that problem??

I had this problem last week. I always make sure that when paid by PayPal I deliver super fast shipping. I routinely do not check my account daily. If paid by PayPal the package is shipped the same day or the day after depending on time. Last week I had a guy email me that he had accidently sent the incorrect amount. Had he not emailed me I dont know when I might have caught it. He had payed on October 21st and it was the 25th already. I have recieved all other notices though. If anyone has any info on what is going please let me know.

I have had 4 payments in the past week & all have come through almost immediately. I don't check my acct every day, so I too would not have noticed payment for several days. I advertise that I ship within 24 hrs. of payment.

Get rid of paypal, it is your only salvation. I think Ebay is going to be very sorry for getting involved with these inept sleazy operation.

I had several auctions end with buyers paying by paypal and received all the notices. But what I like is that after the buyer paid me by paypal they also sent an email telling me they paid.

Almost all of my paypal customers let me know that they have paid via paypal as well.
Thanks for the heads up, gonna go check paypal just in case...

Here's a suggestion, it might not be the problem but it's worth checking.

Log on to your PayPal account
Click on Profile
Click on Notifications

Make sure that both these "notifications" are checked.

I receive money with PayPal
and
I receive a Web Accept or Auction Logo payment

Even though you might not be using the Auction Logos or a Web Accept button, the buyer can generate their own with PayPal's Auction Finder or EAN. That may or may not be the problem. It's worth checking.

Thanks for all your replies. 1 of the missing emails came through this morning. I checked my notifications and they were marked to receive the emails so it must just be a glitch.
