Hello all
Well about everything that can happen to me has happened (I thought), as I have been an ebay seller since Sept 1998. My computer is a little less than two years old. I have had problems with lock ups, crashes etc off on for a long time. I got Norton tools and that helped but the problem came back. Finally I returned the CPU to Radio Shack where I bought it. After two tries and darn near $500.00 in parts, it runs like a clock. I think their is a moral here. If you use a computer like I do for 20-50 lots a week on ebay and all the associated work on AW and e-mails etc. Computer insurance sure pays. Unlike a new computer I did not loose my data or have to fool around loading it in something new. Extended warrenty was $178.00
Anyway is worth passing on.

Do you by anychance have that HORRIBLE WinDoze ME on your PC?? My stolen DELL had that & it was a neverending nightmare.
After the move & THEFT of my PC, I got a SONY PC with XP HOME ED -- vastly superior! Although I liked 98SE, I have to admit that XP is the first BG OS I've used that virtually NEVER crashes -- it seems to fix itself!

I have had mine for over 3 1/2 years. I did get the 3 year warranty and never had to use it. The only time it was in repair was the first week I had it the mother board had to be replaced and the place where I bought it had a 30 day warranty so they had to go good for it. Now with computers really cheap, HP $400.00 (with rebates) and Dell with some great buys I would buy another one instead of insurance because I would like the new windows XP. I have Windows 98.
