Well, here's one GOOD reason not to mess with your buyers if you aren't paying your income taxes off auctions. This buyer reported the seller to the IRS. http://groups.google.com/groups?q=ebay+income+tax+IRS+bank&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&selm=961p5p%2430qk%241%40newssvr05-en0.news.prodigy.com&rnum=2

I don't know if I did it right, but I checked the feedback rating for SHELBYGT and not one neg. In fact, he's only got a feedback rating of 10 and all positive. Where are all these other people that were so unhappy with the seller and didn't get their items? Maybe I didn't check it out right. . .

I have also contacted the NY Stae Trooper Internet Fraud Division,
and filed a complaint with them. Sorry I do not know how to do bold or italics, but this is a line in his alleged letter to the IRS, I believe the seller is in Tn. unles, he the buyer is in NY and that is why he has contacted the NY State troopers. This is just not making any sense, to come up with other disgruntled buyers.

This is an old Newsgroups posting: Date: 2001-02-09
The auction was almost two years ago. I guess anyone can complain about anyone else, whether they have facts or not and report them as a possible tax cheat.
The bidder writing the letter did not leave any feedback for this seller either.

Well, shelbgyt's ebay starting date was august 2001. And, the google posting was in february 2001. So, perhaps it was a different shelbgyt, who was permanently suspened.
Wow, I can just hear the chairs crashing as naysayers run around looking for proof to the contrary. C'mon, bring it ON!
