I posted here about a month ago because I had purchased a childs costume that was incomplete. The seller indicated she would refund my money if I sent it back so I did. Now no refund!!!!! What a big surprise huh!!! I filed a fraud claim against her on Ebay, filed with Paypal and square trade as well and she ignores everyone. Ok if I can't get my money back I want to give her a negative feedback- what can and can't you say liar, thief, etc...

keep the neg factual and to the point..if it looks like emotional anger then anyone looking will think you are just a poor sport

I know it's tough, but try to stay as factual and businesslike as possible. When you let too much emotion get into the feedback some viewers will just disregard your comments even though they might be true and hold valuable info.

I second (or third) it is best to keep factual. You don't want to call any one a thief, they could probably sue you if they wanted to. I would just stick to the facts, and keep the pressure on with your claims with the post office, ebay, maybe even file a police report over the phone with their local police department. That should scare the hell out of them if you get a sympatheic person. As a buyer, I had to do all these things, it took a while, but I got my money from a seller. I think he was pretty afraid of me, and he should have been as he had my money, and I had no product (It never arrived, and it was insured)
