What is even worse is the seller they mentioned. "I didn't know they were pirated..." It really ticks me off when they expect us to believe that.

RED FLAG #1
They bought it from overseas dealers before the DVD was available here

RED FLAG #2
They bought it at waaaay below normal market price

Even someone with less brains than God gave a rock would know they were pirated.

I doubt there will be a criminal case against the casual seller of DVDs that are not obvious knock offs.

If I were on a jury and some guy sold a few DVDs he bought online from a guy in Europe, I wouldn't convict.

There are also some instances where the DVD is released overseas before the US.
