I have a buyer that sent her payment late. I remember getting it but I lost the money order and the envelope she sent it in. I have emailed her twice for her address only telling her I need it to ship her items. She will not respond to the emails. Please help with suggestions.

I thought about doing that but I knew I was not going to get an address. Oh well I got her number, will see if it works. Thanks.

Do not go out of your way to try and find an address. This person could have moved since the last phone listings. Wait for the person to e-mail back. If they do not, you are that much richer.

Or this buyer could have had a personal emergency, be in the hospital, have a dead loved one or a dead pet. . . . the list goes on and on. I've seen all of these things happen with buyers; eventually, if they really wanted the item, they'll get in touch with you. I agree with someone here, don't mail it and chance sending it to the wrong address. (I'd just try e-mailing once a week until resolved.)
