I work for a national focus group company that evaluates products and I can get lots of brand new products from major consumer manufacturers for below mfg cost.
Would anyone be interested in a deal where I supply these for you to sell on ebay?
If so send me an email to [email protected] with the words PRODUCT FOR EBAY in the message subject line.
I only want to do this with a few good individuals with good positive feedback and who will run lots of auctions.
John
PS I should add that I get these products legally and am the owner and am free to sell them.

The OP is possibly not legit, but before you dismiss him out of hand, hear this experience of a friend of mine. Keep in mind that I know this person well and he lives in walking distance from my house. I have seen the product he bought and hope to help use it when pool season starts.
OK.
My friend (we'll call him Mark, since that's his name) usually buys hobby stuff on eBay. But he needed a new pool heater, so he thought what the heck, let's try eBay.
He found a brand-new Teledyne Laars unit . Didn't meet reserve on the auction, but worked out a deal with the seller, who owns a company that evaluates pool equipment. The seller gets these evaluation units free from the mfr. Even including shipping (which was substantial, this thing is *hefty*) Mark saved a thousand dollars or more over buying locally.
What's more, he was able to register the pool heater with the manufacturer to get the new-product warranty.
Way good deal.
The OP could be on the level, but one wonders why he doesn't simply sell this stuff himself.

Here is an answer to why don't I sell them on ebay. I did for a while, but since I specialize in making these arrangements with manufacturers, my time is better spent in doing what I do best.
And quite honestly, this last holidays period, I got fed up with bidders who either did not pay or were real slow to pay. I then used ebays second chance offer, but by then one or two weeks went by the the underbidders didn't want the product because they purchased the product else where. That left me with the low underbidders, and I won't give away products.
Then trying to get my ebay fees back, well, i guess I don't have the time to go through all this stuff. I whould rather make less money by going through sellers who sell a lot of stuff on ebay and have a higher tolerance for bidders.
And on top of that I ran into a vero problem which ebay didn't want to listen to my side. I have a legal contract with every manufacturer I deal with that states I have full rights to the product. But since it is rather complex contract ebay either didn't or didn't want to hear my side of that particular issue on a particular software sale.
Well I just wanted to explain why I don't want to sell these items myself.

Well, if you have vero problems with ebay why would you think that that any other reseller would want those same vero problems with ebay?
You may have "rights" to these products, but do you have distribution rights? This could be the source of your vero problems.
