How many Non-Paying complaints does ebay allow a seller to have before they cancel thier account? I have a bid on one of my auctions and the buyer has 8 negatives, all for non-payment. All the feedback says, never paid and never answered emails.

Apparently the non pays have to be from seperate sellers. One of my lovelies flaked on four auctions - and still exists to keep at it. I have one coming up next week who is hitting me for 14 auctions - he'll probably still be around to torment others for a nice long time (body jewelry buyers are the worst!)

Yes they have to be from different sellers, but first off, the sellers have to file for FVF credit thru ebay, to have it "really" count against the bidder. I find that many sellers post the negatives, but never file for FVF refunds. That's what matters most. Three of these, and you're out.(That is until you open up another account thru aol, hotmail, etc)
