There is an Ebay seller that says they have these letters on the bottom of an early piece of pattern glass.SVPNT The letters are molded in. They think the letters have something to do with Morton Pottery!?!! Anyone know?

The only info I could find while researching was on two sites that mention an SV mark on glass as Vallerysthal.

http://www.nmgcs.org/rb_updates/section1.htm

a Vallerysthal product; the letters "SV" are pressed in relief Inside the lid. Although it is not certain what "SV" represents, it may likely stand for "Societe Vallerysthal." In any case, many other pieces definitely known to be Vallerysthal is-sues are also found with the "SV" mark molded in relief.

The other site is here.
